- Door shutters are made from minimum 0.8 mm thick sheet
- Door frames are made from minimum 1.6 mm thick sheet
- Fire rating upto 3 hrs.
- Prime painted with lead-free epoxy resin
- Insulation could be of honeycomb core, mineral fireboard, polystyrene
- Shutter Thickness shall be 50 mm thick
- Door Edges shall be seamless
- The top, bottom and side closures are fabricated from 1.5mm stiffeners welded to front and back door skins
- Hinge Reinforcement, door close reinforcement, lock reinforcement and strike plate reinforcement shall be provided
